Studied at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder and the Free University of Berlin. Legal clerkship at the Court of Appeal. During his studies and legal clerkship, Mr. Mittenzwey worked in a law firm and notary's office. During his legal clerkship, Mr. Mittenzwey worked in the legal department of one of the leading companies in the automotive and supplier industry. April 2016 admission to the bar. September 2016 successful completion of the specialist course in administrative law.Before joining MO45LEGAL, he worked as a lawyer at a renowned Berlin law firm with a focus on real estate law as well as in the notary's office. In October 2019, he was awarded the title of specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law. Further specialization in public building law, especially in the development of real estate in social preservation areas, so-called milieu protection. Since 01.01.2021, Mr. Mittenzwey has been a partner at MO45LEGAL.
