Studied at the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich. During this time he already gained his first professional experience, among others at Mercedes-Benz of North America and KNM Treuhand GmbH. Since 1990, he has been working as a lawyer specializing in private construction law, architectural and engineering law, construction management strategy consulting and as a mediator and arbitrator according to the SO Bau of ARGE Baurecht des Deutschen Anwaltvereins e.V. (Construction Law Working Group of the German Bar Association). Since 2007, Mr. Bschorr has been a notary public (Berlin). Since 2013, he has been a member of the Legal Working Group (Construction Contract Law Team) of the BMVI's Reform Commission for the Construction of Major Projects. Prior to joining MO45LEGAL, he was a partner in a renowned Berlin law firm specializing in real estate law as well as notarial services from January 1, 1996 until December 31, 2019.
