Studied at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder) and the Free University of Berlin. Completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal. During his studies and legal clerkship, Mr. Mittenzwey worked at a law and notary firm. During his legal clerkship, Mr. Mittenzwey worked in the legal department of one of the leading companies in the automotive and supplier industry. April 2016: Admitted to the bar. September 2016: Successful completion of the specialist attorney training program in administrative law. Prior to joining MO45LEGAL, he worked as an attorney at a renowned Berlin law firm specializing in real estate law and as a notary. In October 2019, he was awarded the title of Specialist Attorney for Construction and Architectural Law. He further specializes in public construction law, particularly in real estate development within social preservation zones (so-called “milieu protection”), and in public procurement law, where he successfully completed the theoretical portion of the specialist attorney course in November 2025. Since January 1, 2021, Mr. Mittenzwey has been a partner at MO45LEGAL.
